Commissions will be billed at
15% on sales and 10% on leases. If lease becomes a sale, an additional 5% will be
billed at time of purchase on the full price.

Important
Clients are expected to fill out their own show entries. Those filled out by trainer
will be charged $10 per horse.

Payment is due by the 15th of the month. Late payments will be charged a $25 fee.

LESSONS NOT CANCELLED 2 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED TIME WILL
BE CHARGE HALF THE LESSON PRICE.
